Longevity Expo in Maple Grove April 18

The fourth annual Longevity Expo will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., on April 18, at the Maple Grove Community Center. The expo offers options for people of all ages to look, feel and be their best with information on how to stay active and lead a healthy, quality life.

There will be up to 150 exhibitors, hourly prize drawings, free health screenings, seminars, demonstrations, shopping and healthy cooking tips offered during the event.

Be one of the first 100 people in line and receive a free goodie bag containing exclusive items provided by some of the vendors.

Speakers will discuss such topics as wellness, acupuncture, feng shui, herbs, natural cooking, massage, healing, yoga, meditation, family, nutrition, fitness and longevity.

Exhibitors include personal trainers and coaches, fitness professionals, wellness experts and massage therapists. There will be a variety of unique products and healthy services offered, including travel options, holistic education, meditation and yoga resources, and natural beauty products.
