Martii Gudim of Divinely Directed is leading a 60-minute healing and guided meditation from 10 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, December 20, at Dynamic Journey Massage & Wellness, in Burnsville.

Participants will listen to this month's music which is programmed to promote self-healing and self-sustainability. "This sound healing and guided meditation supports your physical and spiritual well-being—body, mind and spirit," says Gudim. "Participants experience a 60-minute journey of sound, vibration and frequency that is felt at the cellular level."

Gudim goes on to explain that the energy in the music is universal, aligned with source consciousness which is translated into sound. "This music supports your consciousness and body to regain its natural, healthy balance, thereby activating and strengthening your self-healing and self-sustainable abilities."

This is a monthly offering with new music and themes each time. Participants should bring bottled water, a yoga mat and a blanket.
