The 26th annual Healthy Life Expo will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., February 6 and 7, at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

With more than 200 exhibitors, this is the largest health and wellness expo in the Midwest. Visitors can enjoy free product sampling, hourly drawings and free health information.

The first 100 people in line receive a free goodie bag containing exclusive items provided by some of the sponsoring exhibitors. There will be prize drawings and giveaways throughout the day.

There will be three stages of experts featured every hour on the hour from whom attendees can learn how to live healthier, happier and longer lives. The weekend schedule also includes live yoga, martial arts, in-home fitness products, healthy cooking chefs, doctors, nutritionists, authors and more.
