Fresh & Natural Foods in both Shoreview and Hudson will be hosting their 5th Annual Health Fair, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Saturday, January 10. A variety of health vendors and practitioners will be on-hand at both stores to talk with customers, and each vendor will be offering a door prize drawing. Customers will also receive 10 percent off their entire purchase all day at the store.

The annual event features an interactive health fair on the store floor with health practitioners, fitness gurus and health food/product samples.
