Enstasy Yoga Offers BioMat Services

Enstasy Yoga, in Coon Rapids, recently added the BioMat pad to its list of services. The BioMat combines the stat- of-the-art Far Infrared Light (FIL) and negative ion technology to promote health and healing.

Enstasy Yoga owner Amy Erickson says that some of the benefits of the BioMat are that it can help with general health support, boost energy and immunity and enhance regenerative sleep. The FIL penetrates six to eight inches into the innermost recesses of the body, stimulating healing and regeneration of nerves and muscle tissue layers. Negative ions deliver a molecular-level massage that accelerates and deepens all healing and cleansing processes.

Erickson says she is always looking for new healing modalities to offer her clients. When she first tried the Bio-Mat, she knew it was a perfect addition to the energy work, yoga and nutrition therapies she already offers.

“The benefits are cumulative, so the more you use the Bio-Mat, the more benefits you will experience,” says Erickson. Reduced-rate introductory sessions are available throughout July.
