Psinergy Natural Health and Holistic Wellness has begun hosting a free weekly event, the “What is…” series, held 6:30 p.m., every Wednesday, at their St. Paul office near Como Park. Each week a different topic is featured on the various branches of holistic medicine, energy healing modalities, mental health tools and more with Q&A time at the end.

On May 17 the topic of discussion is The Truth about Homeopathy, with local homeopathic practitioner Kathryn Berg as featured speaker. Owner of Lotus Homeopathy, in Woodbury, Berg will speak on the practice of homeopathy, its history, similarities and differences to traditional medicine.

Psinergy (pronounced synergy) consists of two business components: Psinergy Natural Health and Holistic Wellness and Psinergy TechWarrior St. Paul. Both are owned by André Thomas and SchaOn Blodgett.

Psinergy Health is a wellness center offering Esogetics Colorpuncture, a form of naturopathic medicine based on combining old-world knowledge with new science for body-mind healing.
