Dr. Amy Ha Truong is excited to be engaging with the many women who are conscious about their health and wellness. Dr. Truong and Pure Dental will co-host MetroEast Nutrition and Chiropractic's Ladies' Night Out and discuss holistic dental health. The event takes place from 5:30 to 8 p.m., on May 17, in Oakdale. Attendance is free; bring a friend or two.

Joining with other awesome women in your life and beyond, enjoy an evening filled with wellness, shopping, noshing and fun, including fabulous food, drinks, door prizes, complimentary massage and nutritional testing. Talk to experts along various wellness lines, including safe beauty products, essential oils, toxic-free homecare, filtered water, thermography, acupuncture, personal training and holistic dentistry.

It's important to remember when thinking about health and wellness, we need to include teeth in the conversation. “Our mouth is connected to our body and our body influences our mouth," says Dr. Truong. “I'm glad to co-host the event to share the importance of oral care and how it's connected to the whole body.”
