Deepening Mastery Retreat
The Deepening Mastery Retreat will take place October 30 to November 1 at the Dunrovin Retreat Center, Marine on St. Croix. The weekend begins on Friday evening with dinner provided, and ends on Sunday afternoon, November 1. Participants are welcome to arrive in the afternoon on Friday and leave late in the afternoon on Sunday to get the most out of their weekend and to enjoy the surroundings and fall colors.
Participants will learn to deepen their mastery of energy, self and their life through profound guided group experiences, including qigong, Earth work, kundalini yoga and more. Instructors include Rhonda Battisto, certified Spring Forest Qigong master healer; David Nelson, Earth mentor and energy wizard; and Laura Adrian, certified yoga teacher and craniosacral therapist. The harmonious elixir of mastery of these three gifted teachers and their specialties will enrich the events of the weekend for the participants to take home, use and enjoy for a lifetime. “You will feel a heart opening and the healing that comes from this freedom, deep connection, joy and peace,” states Adrian.
Tuition includes all retreat sessions and materials, seven vegetarian meals, a private room and access to hiking, kayaking and more in a beautiful natural setting on the St. Croix River.
