Free Relaxation Soundtrack for Natural Awakenings Readers

Twin Cities counselor Vicki Langemo is offering the MP3 version of her stress-reducing CD, Relax, Unwind and Sleep, free to Natural Awakenings readers for the month of February.

Langemo, a licensed professional counselor with more than 18 years of experience, has an office in Coon Rapids and sees children, teens and adults in relationship and family counseling.

She says the CD was designed to reduce stress, promote healing, strengthen self-confidence and encourage positive goals. It can be listened to at bedtime or whenever someone wants to relax. She explains that the CD begins by putting the listener into a deep relaxed state and, once there, the listener is guided into a positive visualization journey.

“From the very first playing of this program, the listener should see positive improvements,” Langemo says. “Repetitive listening to this CD will help combat a person’s negative habits by empowering the subconscious to strive for happiness and one’s highest potential.”
