Natural Awakenings Twin Cities is hosting Your Shining Life Expo, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., on November 10, at the Radisson Hotel, in Roseville. The day-long expo includes informational workshops, free and low-cost mini-treatments, and up to 40 exhibitors with products and services for living a healthier and happier life.

“I am so excited about the caliber of speakers and exhibitors who are participating this year,” shares Candi Broeffle, Natural Awakenings Twin Cities' publisher. “Participants will learn about a wide variety of modalities and services that they may not have experienced before or even knew existed.”

Workshop topics include everything from meditation to Chinese face reading to overcoming chronic pain to marketing your business, and more. “The subject matter is diverse,” states Broeffle. “There is truly something for everyone.”

Many exhibitors will be providing services at their booths, including chair massage, spiritual guidance, Kansa wand face treatments, acupuncture ear seeds, postural alignment photos, goal setting sessions and more. The Salt Cave Mobile will be providing 15-minute Salt Therapy treatments for $20. “This is a must-do if you’ve never experienced it before,” says Chris Iverson, owner of Salt Cave Mobile. “It’s amazing how good you feel afterwards, not to mention how good it is for your skin.”

Drawings will be held every 10 minutes beginning at 11 a.m. for thousands of dollars of prizes, including books, nutritional products, gift certificates, stone jewelry and more. The first 100 people through the doors will receive a special gift bag.
