Brake for Breakfast on the Midtown Greenway

To celebrate Bike Walk Week Twin Cities, June 9 to 15, bike riders can enjoy a free breakfast in the parking lot of the Greenway Building, in Minneapolis. The breakfast will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. (or until the food is gone) on June 12.

According to the League of American Bicyclists, Minnesota is the number-1 bicycle-friendly state in the Midwest and number 4 in the nation for 2013. Through the Bicycle Friendly State Program, states receive feedback, technical assistance, training and further encouragement to improve their bicycling legislation, projects and programs. It is generously supported by program partner Trek Bicycle.
