Early 2024 Midwest Women’s Herbal Winter Wellness Series
The fourth annual In Our Own Hands: Women’s Winter Wellness Series, hosted by Midwest Women’s Herbal, will be held virtually from January to April 2024. Instructors of biweekly live and interactive online sessions will include author and women’s sexuality expert Sheri Winston; mycologist and physician Dr. Cornelia Cho; social worker/relationship advocate, Linda Conroy, MSS, MLSP; shamanic herbalist Julie Charette Nunn; medical botanist Robyn Klein and many others.
Topics that will explore skills for promoting health and wellness include relationship building, gardening, mushrooms for health, sexual vitality, herbal traditions and applications, as well as the evolution of plant medicine. Recordings will also be provided.
