Anoka-Ramsey Community College Therapeutic Massage Program Expands into New Space

During the 2023-24 academic year, the Therapeutic Massage program on Anoka-Ramsey Community College’s Coon Rapids Campus moved into a new space to evolve with the program.
The Therapeutic Massage diploma is the only award of its kind to be offered at Anoka-Ramsey, giving students a unique alternative to traditional two-year and four-year degree programs. Anoka-Ramsey added the Therapeutic Massage program to its Allied Health offerings in the fall of 2018.

Students can study in small classes with hands-on training and receive one-on-one instruction from Anoka-Ramsey faculty, who are extensively trained and experienced as massage therapists.
Each course prepares students for career success in the diverse employment opportunities waiting for them in the health and wellness industries. Courses meet all the requirements in preparation for the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx). Fall semester at Anoka-Ramsey starts Aug. 26.
