Natural Awakenings Twin Cities will host Your Shining Life Expo, on October 8, at the Doubletree Hotel, in St. Louis Park. This day-long event will include exhibitors, a bodywork area featuring an array of workshops, interactive sampling of products and services, hourly giveaways and more.

“Feeling so fortunate in what I do—being able to connect with so many fabulous people and businesses promoting personal growth and well-being—who are eco-friendly, forward thinking, heart-centered and amazing, I felt compelled to create a venue to bring them all together,” says Twin Cities’ Natural Awakenings owner/publisher, Jackie Flaherty.

With help from a few friends and other Natural Awakening publishers, Flaherty decided to create her first event—Your Shining Life Expo: Finding the Tools & Resources to Creating the Life You Want. This experiential type expo will showcase a wide variety of those businesses and practitioners who support the upliftment of humanity through individual empowerment via healthful, wholesome living, breathing and thinking in every way.

The expo will include sponsors; exhibitors; classes/workshops; hourly giveaways; massage, yoga and other forms of bodywork/fitness; samples/giveaways from advertisers/exhibitors; coaches (Life, Health, Nutrition); live music; Write Your Book, the author’s corner including publishers’ resources; tiny home; green products/services; realty; finances; green grave burials; retreat centers; education as to how to podcast or do Facebook Live; and more.

For all those who understand the merits and benefits of taking charge of their own well-being, this is an ideal opportunity to connect with all manner of helpful people, modalities, services and products under one roof. Taking it one step further, Flaherty, as producer of the expo, is asking readers for input as to the types of workshops, exhibitors, services and products they would like to see up-close at the event.
