Yoga Pod Opens in Minnetonka

Yoga Pod, a fast-growing health and wellness company based in Boulder, Colorado, opened their first Minnesota location in Minnetonka, last winter. Yoga Pod is redefining fitness with transformative yoga and barre in a judgment-free space. They believe that there is no perfect body type, and that sustained fitness comes from an understanding of how body, mind and spirit work together to build connection, commitment and community.

Yoga Pod Minnetonka is owned and operated by Paul Grangaard, his wife Carol Stumpf and their sons Max and David. Paul comments, “We are excited to bring a fresh, new, yoga and barre experience to the western metro area. Our beautiful new three-room studio offers a welcoming, friendly space with an extensive class schedule geared to both new and experienced yogis. We are also thrilled to announce that Liz Carrol has joined our team as studio manager.”

Yoga Pod Minnetonka offers more than 80 classes each week in a state-of-the-art, spa-like studio. Students can choose to flow with incredible vinyasa classes, tone with high-energy barre and YogaTone or detox with epic hot yoga.

To all newcomers, they are now offering a one-time, free, seven-day trial pass. Additionally, open to all, every third Saturday monthly, they offer a free, beginner-friendly, flow-based class.

Location: 12993 Ridgedale Dr., #103, Minnetonka. For more information, visit
