Years in the making, Natural Smiles will soon be moving to its new home at 3434 Lexington Avenue North, Shoreview (2.5 miles south of its current location). One of the projects during the move was to install a 47 Kw photo voltaic solar energy system on the roof. A local solar company is designing and installing the system and the Natural Smiles team and other residents of the building are excited that nearly all electricity needs will be provided by renewable sources. Everyone can hardly wait to see the results in action.

Additionally, the new Natural Smiles Dental Care location includes expanded facilities for supportive alternative health therapies. They will be able to offer onsite patient support with cranial sacral and lactation services, dental materials testing with dental energetic therapies, orofacial myology and speech therapy, as well as physical therapy with a dental focus. It will be wonderful to have dedicated rooms and resources enabling the practice to better provide these critical support services for patients and with greater scheduling options.

The new facility will also allow expansion of dental service hours as a fabulous new dentist is added to the team. Dr. Holly Thompson joined Natural Smiles in March and is doing exceptionally well. Her passion for the highest level of patient care and commitment to learning and developing the best possible techniques are inspiring to behold.

It will be great to soon see everyone under their renewable energy roof. The expected “move-in” date is yet to be determined; they are hoping for mid-May.
