Beginning January 1, 2021, Natural Awakenings Twin Cities (NATC) magazine is hosting an online, eight-week, Connection Challenge. The Connection Challenge will give participants weekly challenges to complete to reconnect to the people in their lives, show gratitude and lift the spirit of others. Instructions will be posted on NATC’s Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages. Those interested who do not use social media can subscribe to NATC’s email list and get instructions sent directly to their inbox. Participants who complete each challenge will be placed in a drawing for weekly prizes.

“This past year has been difficult on all of us,” says Candi Broeffle, publisher of NATC. “With the global pandemic causing us to socially distance and a contentious election that has divided families and friends, we felt it was time to take a step toward bridging the gaps between us. This challenge is designed to remind ourselves of the kindness and humanity within ourselves and those with whom we may sometimes disagree.”
