SERVICES: Full and comprehensive acupuncture treatments that can include, acupuncture needling, dry needling, cupping, gua sha, electro-stim acupuncture, therapeutic ultrasound and herbal prescriptions. 

I SPECIALIZE in acupuncture for women’s health—fertility, perinatal, postpartum and menopause—as well as treating and billing auto accident injuries. 

PATIENTS ARE WELCOMED, warmly greeted and made to feel “at home.” I do a complete intake of the main complaint, review of all bodily systems and a brief comprehensive exam. For auto injuries, more questionnaires, a more complete physical exam and orthopedic tests are done. 

I WAS DRAWN TO ACUPUNCTURE after experiencing treatment for my own post-concussive migraines. For the first time in over 20 years, I was able to think more clearly and I was not in constant pain. I went from having daily, post-concussive migraines and headaches to having only two in the past six years! 

AS A LOCAL WOMAN IN WELLNESS, I have learned that western medicine doesn’t always have all the answers. All too often, patients are told that they need to take medication indefinitely or are shuffled through the system. The medications often cause more side effects, and patients are wanting another way to heal properly instead of just masking symptoms. 

I HELP MY PATIENTS FEEL HEARD and offer an alternative for their healthcare. I feel more than comfortable co-treating patients, and believe that people truly need to not only treat their symptoms, but heal the underlying causes within their body and lifestyle that caused the symptoms in the first place. 

I AM A TRUE BELIEVER in “practice what you preach.” I also help my fellow business professionals by networking and referring as needed. I have created two large networking groups that are more focused on supporting fellow business owners, and learning from each other: East Metro Pregnancy and Postpartum Providers Group, and Woodbury Acupuncture Association.
