On Saturday, September 27 at 8:45 a.m., the 41st Annual Women & Spirituality Conference begins at St. Mary’s University Cascade Meadows Campus in Rochester, Minnesota, inviting participants to explore resilience and strength during what organizers call the Year of Great Change. The event continues Sunday, September 28, with a weekend dedicated to healing, transformation and connection.

Attendees can choose from 36 workshops covering themes of spirituality, holistic health, creative expression and community building. Participants will also experience art in the Maker’s Space, quiet reflection in nature on the campus, and opportunities to meet with like-hearted souls through ceremonies and networking. The exhibitor and vendor hall will feature holistic healing services, spiritual tools and handcrafted goods, while catered buffet lunches on both days are included with admission.
Founded in 1981, the Women & Spirituality Conference remains committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for people of all identities and backgrounds. Its mission is rooted in the wisdom of the divine feminine, honoring values such as compassion, belonging and reverence for the earth. Organizers emphasize that this is a space for anyone called to engage with the wisdom of the divine feminine, regardless of gender identity.
This year’s conference also acknowledges the land and history on which it is held. Five percent of profits will go to the Oceti Ŝakowiŋ (Seven Council Fires Alliance) as reparation for Indigenous land theft, and another five percent will support local racial justice initiatives.

Full-weekend tickets are $191 and include workshops, ceremonies, a Saturday evening social and meals. One-day passes are available for $99. Registration, workshop schedules and more can be found at WomenAndSpirituality.org.
