As a board-certified health and wellness coach, I work with adults who want to improve their sense of personal and/or professional wellbeing. People may choose coaching because they feel stuck, stressed, and overwhelmed, and not sure how to move forward. Or they may have already established goals and need guidance to make them more attainable, while other people may find themselves somewhere in-between and are contemplating many options.
Change is not linear, so wherever you are in the change process, I am here to support and guide you in your journey. It is common for people to experience obstacles that get in their way of making realistic and positive wellbeing changes. So, this is often a place to begin coaching. Identifying obstacles can increase one’s self-awareness, which in turn helps identify opportunities that lie ahead for improved wellbeing. My compassionate and non-judgmental approach is informed by evidence-based wellbeing coaching and mindfulness practices.
