For people who know something in their body hasn’t been fully understood yet.
Most people who come to Seeds of Change have already done what they were told to do, and are still not where they expected to be. They’ve seen providers, followed recommendations, and put in the effort, yet they still don’t feel like themselves. At some point, it stops feeling like a lack of effort… and starts to feel like something is being missed.
At Seeds of Change, the focus is on seeing the body as a connected system, not a collection of separate issues. With nearly 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, Dori Brown specializes in identifying patterns that are often overlooked, especially those involving the nervous system. Her work integrates craniosacral therapy, functional medicine, and nutrition response testing to better understand what the body is asking for and how to support it.
She works with adults navigating unresolved digestive issues, skin concerns, head and face pain, and nervous system dysregulation, particularly when previous care hasn’t brought lasting relief. She also works with children experiencing persistent digestive issues and skin concerns, helping families find clarity when they’ve run out of answers.
This work is not about doing more. It is about looking differently.
For those who are ready for that shift, Seeds of Change offers thoughtful, individualized care and a place where your health is approached as a whole, with the steadiness of having experienced, integrative support right here in your community.
