Our mission is to put wellness at the center of everything we do. We are advocates that relief is possible through halotherapy and holistic care services. The Salt Lodge focuses on healing from the inside and out while putting people first. We currently offer halotherapy (salt therapy), infrared sauna and virtual Qigong with other services coming soon.

Tip: If you’re booking Halotherapy and Infrared Sauna sessions back-to-back, our recommendation is to do the Halotherapy session first, followed by sauna.
