Under the Ice at Eastman Nature Center
Saturday, January 18, from 10 a.m.- noon, at Eastman Nature Center, in Elm Creek Park Reserve. What happens under the ice? Examine samples from the pond to learn its history. Scoop for creatures that stay active and figure out why ice is so important to winter survival. Cost is $5 and reservations are required. Call 763-559-6700 to make a reservation. This program is open to all ages and children 11 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
