STRESS AND RESILIENCY 6-WEEK SERIES During this 6-week series you will learn to recognize your signs and triggers for stress response, building more awareness of the process. Deepening your knowledge of what your reactions feel like through body sensing and tuning in more deeply, you can begin to identify the needs and wants underlying the stress. Through this discerning practice you will pro-actively strategize self-care practices to shift your gears when stress takes a hold. We can’t avoid stress in life, in fact, some of it is “good stress” and helps us move. Learning how to recognize and be in charge of your response to it can certainly help you to suffer less in it’s shadow! from 27.00
