Natural Awakenings Twin Cities

Mindfulness and Nature

Uncover the wonder of nature

There is a growing body of research that shows the wealth of mental and physical benefits of spending time in nature. This course offers space to connect with nature in springtime, learn a variety of techniques to direct your attention, and deepen your capacity to appreciate nature. Tree buds, wildflowers, unfurling ferns, and cherry blossoms are all beautiful characteristics of nature in spring. Each class will emphasize a unique theme and technique related to experiencing the natural world. Through this class, students may deepen their connection to nature, experiencing the natural world with a greater sense of awareness, appreciation, and awe. No experience necessary. Beginner’s welcome!
