In this all-inclusive retreat, you will be able to take part in a variety of mindfulness activities such as meditation, mindful movements, and supportive discussions. Cultivating these self-care practices will help you develop positive habits for everyday life, allowing you to live in a more healthy, joyful, and authentic way.
