I am passionate about this group because when I was going through the first stages of my healing from a moderate TBI I felt so lost, and I no longer felt like I knew who I was. So, much of my identity was tied around my left brain and my analytical mind I really had to learn to love myself, my whole self, and lean into this new pathway before me. This journey is what has inspired me to stand in my authenticity and to be congruent across all areas of my life.

What: We will be working on life skills to help us lean into being our authentic selves, and honoring who we are and what we came here to do.

When: Weekly starting January 7 through February 25th from 6:30-8:30pm
