Joyful Connections, of New Brighton, announces a Stress Relief Workshop, to be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on December 12. The workshop will be conducted by Reiki Master Teacher and Joyful Connections owner Amy Nesdahl.

“These two hours could make the rest of your month even more enjoyable,” says Nesdahl. Participants will take time to relax, center themselves and learn stress-relieving activities. The class will also feature breath work, stretching, meditation and visualization. Participants should wear comfortable clothes. “And be ready to relax and rejuvenate,” Nesdahl says.
