Aark Advanced Electrolysis, in New Brighton, has changed its name to and Aark Advanced Electrolysis Advanced Wellness. Owner Diane Christofferson says this change better reflects her additional personal care services.

Earlier this year, Christofferson began carrying two new product lines, both created and produced by local businesses: GreenBody GreenPlanet hair care products, of Minneapolis, and Stillwater Skin Care, of Stillwater. Christofferson also recently added an ionic detoxification system, which uses alternating positive and negative ion charges to remove toxins from the body. She also offers LED light therapy.

Christofferson, a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician, has been offering permanent hair removal since 1990.
