Longevity Expo in Maple Grove

The Longevity Expo will be held for the second time from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 20 at the Maple Grove Community Center. The expo offer options for people of all ages to look, feel and be their best, by offering information on how to stay active and suggestions for living a healthy and better life.

Speakers will include Margit J. Lund, “The Retirement Income Optimizer”; Justin Jacobs, “Living Beyond Organic”; and personal trainer John Unverzagt, “How Exercise and Physical Activity Contribute to Longevity.” Exhibitors include USA Karate, Amon Designs gemstone jewelry, Alphay nutrition and wellness products, Achieve Health Chiropractic, CapTel captioned telephones, Beyond Organic health and wellness company, Limitless You Health Coaching, Katie’s Kitchen Cleanout and positive change strategist Denny Stockdale.

At 1 p.m. there will be a kid-friendly, interactive karate demonstration that will include kicking, punching, self-defense moves, musical form demonstrations and board-breaking. All kids and adults are welcome to participate in a short introductory class after the demonstration.
