Jordan Rubin, N.M.D., Ph.D., health expert, founder of Beyond Organic and author of The Maker’s Diet and The Raw Truth, will speak on natural health, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on June 25. The event will be held at the Double Tree Park Place, in St. Louis Park.

Rubin is regarded as one of the most respected and beloved natural health experts in America. His dramatic triumph over Crohn’s Disease, which he attributes to following a Bible-based diet, changed his life. Deeply affected by his restored health, Rubin made a promise that he would dedicate his life to sharing his health wisdom with the rest of the world. He launched a state-of-the art grassland operation and organic farm, utilizing a mixed agricultural platform, concentrating on 100-percent GreenFed dairy and beef and other specialty foods, such as fermented dairy beverages.
