Como Park Festival Features Outdoor Activities and Gardens

The annual Como Fest at Como Park, in St. Paul, will be held July 18 through July 20. Events will take place in the surrounding neighborhood as well.

The festival features a variety of activities throughout the weekend, including live music, food, art exhibits, gardens, flea market, talent show, kickball tournament, outdoor worship service and children’s games. A perennial favorite is Saturday’s garden tour, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., which allows participants to visit a variety of neighborhood gardens.

On Saturday evening, visitors are welcome to set up tents and camp overnight. Also included on Saturday will be the jump castle, climbing tower, Bingo, crafts, concessions, demonstrations of yoga and tae kwon do and an outdoor showing of The Lorax.
