The Meta Institute will hold a two-day workshop on an introduction to hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). The event will be held at the institute’s location in New Hope from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on July 19 and from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on July 20.

The workshop will give students the chance to learn some of the basic workings of the unconscious mind. Participants will also learn many NLP techniques, self-hypnosis, trance work and how to build rapport.
