Natural Awakenings Twin Cities

Mystery Art Camp Weekend

Campfire Studio, a graphic design studio in Minneapolis, will hold its first mystery art camp weekend, September 20 through 22. The weekend is designed for adults who want to explore the outdoors and their creativity.

This trip is ideal for those that either have never tried camping and want an introduction or never had the chance to try their hand at art and want to experience it in a non-judgmental environment. It’s also designed for experienced campers and creative individuals just looking to get away and recharge their creative batteries.

The trip will take place within 150 miles of the Twin Cities (destination will be announced one day before the trip date) and will include all meals, tents, art-directed projects with all supplies and materials to complete three main projects, camping demonstrations and entertainment.

The Mystery Art Camp Weekend is designed to create an environment in which participants can explore artistic processes, complete projects to display in their homes or give as gifts, meet new people and reconnect with nature.

Ten percent of the proceeds will go toward Kids Against Hunger to support hungry children in Haiti.

Cost: $300; those that sign up with a friend receive $50 off. Location will be announced one day before departure. For more information or to register, visit MysteryArtCampingTrip.EventBrite.com.
