Dr. Una Forde and her clinic, Golden Sun Chiropractic Wellness Center (GSCWC), in St. Louis Park, were recently honored with Integrity Management’s prestigious Five-Star Quality Service Award.

The Five-Star Quality Service Award was developed by Integrity Management to promote and publicize superior chiropractic clinics that excel in patient treatment, customer service and professionalism. To qualify for the award, clinics must go through an extensive examination and are graded on things such as punctuality, patient communication, up-to-date equipment, the quality of services provided and patient satisfaction.

The Five-Star Quality Service Award is a uniform grading system to rate quality in chiropractic clinics across the country. Just as five-star hotels are synonymous with quality service, five-star clinics ensure patients will receive quality care.
