The annual Body Mind Life Expo will be held next month at the Minneapolis Convention Center, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., on March 8 and 9.

Visitors can enjoy information on home care, health, beauty, fashion, personal development, spas and retreats, nutrition, cooking, exercise and healthy aging.

Speakers include Lori Campbell, author of Awaken Your Age Potential, and “Iron Jen” McDonough, author, storyteller, speaker and coach.

A free 2014 Chinook Book will be given to first 100 attendees on each day of the expo, compliments of The Wedge Co-op and Peace Coffee.
