A Women’s Wellness and Adventure Weekend will be held at the Audubon Center of the North Woods, in Sandstone, May 2 through 4. The weekend begins at 4 p.m. on Friday and ends at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Participants can spend this weekend with friends or take the opportunity to get away, meet new people and learn new skills. A variety of physical, mental, and spiritual activities are available, including hiking, climbing, canoeing, fishing, archery, birding, yoga, Zumba, photography, painting, drawing, cooking, quilting and basketry. Complimentary massages and Reiki sessions are offered as well. Located on the shores of Grindstone Lake, the Audubon Center offers 535 acres for activities or simply relaxing and enjoying nature.

Accommodations are comfortable and spacious. All meals, which are prepared with healthful ingredients by the Audubon chef, are included.
