The third annual Longevity Expo will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 26 at the Maple Grove Community Center. The expo offers options for people of all ages to look, feel and be their best, by offering information on how to stay active and suggestions for living a healthy and better life.

There will be up to 150 exhibitors, hourly prize drawings, free health screenings, seminars, demonstrations, shopping and healthy cooking tips offered during the event.

Speakers will discuss such topics as wellness, acupuncture, feng shui, herbs, natural cooking, massage, healing, yoga, meditation, family, nutrition, fitness and longevity.

Some of the exhibitors include personal trainers and coaches, fitness professionals, wellness experts and massage therapists. There will be a variety of unique products, healthy services, travel options, education resources, meditation and yoga resources and beauty and natural products.
