Victoria’s Market opened in downtown Victoria, Minnesota, in May, as a community market. “Our market concept is driven by a desire to not just serve, but also be a central place for Victoria and the surrounding communities,” states General Manager, Will Jedlicka. “These values have led us to create a place where an educational, consultative customer service philosophy drives each and every staff member.”

The market offers a great selection of foods, from bulk items to ready-to-eat meals. “Our products are much closer to a ‘farmer’s market’ with fresh produce, meat and seafood arriving daily,” Jedlicka explains. “The variety is designed to feature an ever-changing selection of seasonal and unique items. We offer a chef-driven selection for our pasta, salads, hot items, and nightly family meals. Meal planning is a big focus, with recommendations for pairing deli items with featured products from other departments.”

The bulk section is the largest in the area, featuring Victoria’s Market custom roasted coffee, Sunrise Heritage flours, and over 200 products. The bakery offers made-from-scratch breads, pastries, tarts and pies, and the deli features Boar’s Head meats and cheeses as well as the store’s signature smoked and roasted items.

In the Wellness Department, Manager Michele Ranum offers, “The path to wellness is unique to everyone and we have carefully chosen quality products in all areas of health and wellness for the entire family.”
