Organic Valley will host a Farm Discovery Day at the Zweber Family Farm, in Elko, Minnesota, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on June 27. The family-friendly event will have food and fun for all ages, including meeting the farm family and spending time with the animals.

The cooperative behind the Organic Valley brand has grown to be a family of 1,779 like-minded farm families across America, offering simply good organic foods—milk, cheese, butter, eggs, juices, meats, produce and soy beverages. More than 130 of those farms are in Minnesota.

Organic Valley was started in January 1988 when a handful of farmers in Southwestern Wisconsin gathered to share their love of the land and a belief that a new, sustainable approach to agriculture could help family farms and rural communities survive.
