Finding Your Voice in the Silence, A Retreat for Women

Nancy Jambor

Retreat facilitator and life coach, Nancy Jambor, will be leading Finding Your Voice in the Silence, A Retreat for Women, taking place 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on September 12, at the Carondelet Center, in St. Paul.

The workshop is not a silent retreat but rather more about self-reflection. Jambor describes it as, “Discovering who you are without your voice, and learning about the gifts available to you in silence.

Some of the day’s activities include spending time in silence walking the labyrinth, journaling, meditating, drawing, coloring, relaxing, and experiencing the beautiful, soul-filled music provided.

Jambor offers, "I invite you to step back from the demands of your daily life and embrace the wisdom that lives in you, experience the healing energy of enlightened women, and immerse yourself in the deep stillness of silence."

Also facilitated by Jambor are workshops for The Artist’s Way offered throughout the year.

Space is limited to 12 participants. Lunch will be available at University of St. Catherine cafeteria.

Cost: $117. Location: Carondelet Center, Rm. 200A, 1890 Randolph Ave., St Paul, 651-696-2750, CarondeletCenter.org. To register, call 612-245-5960, email [email protected] or visit NancyJambor.com.
