Warren King will be hosting an open house and book signing, noon to 3 p.m., on April 9, highlighting the release of his book, Love Your Organs, Love Yourself. Everyone is welcome to attend this free event which will include snacks, artwork featured in the book, plus a drawing each hour for a copy of the book.

King is a natural medicine practitioner, acupuncturist and advocate. He has practiced Oriental Medicine for more than 25 years and in that time has worked with approximately 10,000 patients. He studied at the New England School of Acupuncture, the Kushi Institute in Boston and the Midwest Center of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. In addition to acupuncture, King offers related holistic treatments including auricular medicine, homeopathy and Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy.

Love Your Organs, Love Yourself, written from the millennial vantage point of Oriental Medicine, is designed for the lay reader and includes information on the five elements; the body and organs; how nutrition impacts the organs, with recommendations for specific nourishing foods, herbs and cooking styles; and how emotions are directly affected by the organs.
