Minnesota Landscape Arboretum will host the Spring into Wellness health expo, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on April 16, in the MacMillan Auditorium.

This is the first year that the Arboretum is hosting this health and wellness event which is free with regular gate admission.

There will be over 30 vendors in the categories of food/nutrition, fitness, health/healing, bath/body and wellness in nature.

Attendees are welcome to attend any of the free fitness classes that will be made available. They are also encouraged to walk around the grounds and experience all of the offerings found at the Arboretum.
