Two speakers will gather to share their insights on the nature of energy, from 1 to 3 p.m., on May 21, in St Paul. Join speakers Amy Vasterling and Rachel Kosmitis in this educational and entertaining afternoon of presentations culminating in a panel discussion about energy.

Presentations start at 1 p.m. with Kosmitis speaking on the topic of ritual to release old energies followed by Vasterling speaking on how people can release their old stories and create new ones. The last 40 minutes will be an open forum where participants and speakers have a question and answer session.

Vasterling is an experienced clairvoyant who uses this ability to counsel clients. She can see quickly and clearly the core issues keeping one stuck and advise how to shift the energy patterns for ease and growth. 

Kosmitis has been a spiritual seeker for more than 30 years. She is a certified angel card reader, Reiki master and student/teacher of spiritual subjects from energy healing to forgiveness and prayer. Her greatest happiness lies in talking to, laughing with, learning from and connecting with people. She believes in being transparent (vulnerable) and fostering that quality in others. 

Vasterling, owner of Intuitive Pathfinder, says, “I started hosting these bi-monthly workshops because people need an opportunity where, in micro bites, they can build on their growing foundation of spiritual understanding.”
