iPEC Coaching has opened registration for their three-day transformational weekend, Life and Leadership Potentials Training, to be held from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., November 16 to 18, at the Minneapolis Airport Marriott, in Bloomington.

iPEC is one of the largest ICF-accredited coach training schools globally. Their mission of helping raise the consciousness of the world, one person at a time, is evidenced through the experiences of their students who share how they are awakened to their own passion, purpose and potential.

Participants will learn to consciously recognize when they’re reacting to life’s circumstances, even in the most challenging moments, and learn to choose exactly how they want to respond. They’ll also discover how to listen to others in a new way so as to create understanding, quickly build connection and rapport and minimize resistance and conflict as a result.

Thirty core coaching skills will be taught throughout the weekend. Participants are encouraged to bring a guest (complimentary) to share the experience.
