A Time to Heal
These past two years have presented all of us with some of the most intense and challenging experiences of our lives and many feel we are wearing thin. To help us keep going when we feel depleted, Annette Rugolo is offering A Time to Heal, a three-week webinar course taking place from 7 to 8:30 p.m., beginning February 22.
“I know it is difficult for some, especially with hectic schedules, but it’s important to take time to heal from what we have gone through and to recharge our systems,” relates Rugolo. “The healing we may need can be on the physical level as well as the emotional, mental and spiritual levels. We may feel a bit ‘beat up’ or as if we have been through the wringer, so it’s more important than ever to take time to do our healing work.”
During this course, participants will be given simple yet powerful tools to begin or continue their healing journey. They will learn to tap into the conscious connection with the Healing Universal Principles, release old emotional and mental energies and consciously connect with high vibrational frequencies that will help them recharge. They will also gain tools to assist in healing while they sleep, and learn a method to support the healing of people in their family and community. All participants will learn how to access and direct light frequencies to heal their physical, emotional and mental bodies.
“It’s important to remember during times like these that we are not alone on this journey,” explains Rugolo. “Support is available to us, and it is more important than ever that we remember this and begin accessing the help we need.”
