Wisdom Sister Studio Moves to New Location

Wisdom Sister Studio, the practice of myofascial release practitioner Barb Ryan, has moved to Suite 340 at 7300 Metro Boulevard, in Edina. It is within the Bhakti Wellness Center, which is co-located with the Bhakti Brain Health Clinic.
For more than seven years, Ryan has been supporting clients’ health with therapeutic bodywork and helping them free restrictions in their bodies. She has training in massage, myofascial release, reiki and healing touch.
Ryan trained in massage therapy at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, and she’s certified in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release technique. In addition, she completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training program through Siddhi Yoga, and she has a certificate in spiritual direction and leadership from Women Well, in St. Paul.
