Wisdom Sister Studio now offers a session to help with exactly that. Barb says, “So many clients lose their sense of true calm in the body because anxiety feels intense. Anxiety overwhelms the nervous system which impedes this knowing. These sessions help clients achieve, recognize and guide themselves toward a calmer state.”
This new service is hands-on, gentle bodywork often combined with breathwork and visualization. A recent client said through tears, “I had no idea how far from calm I have been living.
