Reiki | Energy Healing

I offer Reiki energy healing sessions in-person and virtually, along with Reiki trainings and group experiences that blend meditation and energy work. 

Sessions are designed to help clients shift out of chronic stress and into a state of deep calm and clarity, where healing can unfold naturally. Reiki promotes rest, renewal and a deeper connection with oneself. I also partner with local businesses and organizations to offer wellness pop-ups and restorative experiences at gatherings, retreats and community events.   

My approach is gentle, grounded and practical. As a mother of three navigating the same fast-paced life many of my clients live, I bring real-world perspective to energy work. Sessions combine traditional Reiki with intuitive insight, often helping clients experience meaningful shifts physically, emotionally and energetically. 

Clients are welcomed into a calm, supportive space and often leave feeling lighter, more relaxed and more connected to themselves. I offer a free 15-minute discovery call for anyone who feels curious about Reiki or energy healing and would like to connect before scheduling a session.

I’m expanding to offer a wider range of Reiki training and mentoring opportunities this year for those looking to deepen their practice.
