Intuitive Energy Work for Calm, Clarity, & Connection

Clearly Connected Healing, LLC offers intuitive Reiki energy healing, training, and community experiences designed to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Founded by Reiki Master Jessie Rudi, PhD, sessions blend traditional Usui Reiki with intuitive insight, energetic coaching, and thoughtfully guided integration to help clients release what no longer serves and reconnect with clarity and balance.

Private sessions are available both in-person in Wayzata, and virtually from anywhere in the world. In-person sessions allow for immersive, hands-on or hands-above energy work with intuitively led crystal and sound healing to deepen relaxation and energetic alignment. Virtual sessions offer the same focused intention and energetic connection from the comfort of your home, making support accessible wherever you are.

Sessions include meaningful intuitive impressions and personalized guidance, followed by time for reflection and integration so insights can be carried into daily life with confidence and clarity.

In addition to private energy work, Jessie offers group meditation and Reiki healing experiences, creating welcoming spaces for collective restoration and connection. Jessie also partners with local businesses and wellness communities to curate pop-ups and event experiences, offering mini Reiki Breaks and thoughtfully designed relaxation opportunities that introduce Reiki in an accessible and grounded way.

Jessie also offers Reiki trainings at all levels through intimate small group experiences and personalized one-on-one intensives, creating supportive spaces for students to deepen their practice, strengthen their intuition, and step fully into their own healing capacity.
